the may roster, as promised, kudos to zhenhua XD this would probably be the last roster the sec4 EXCO would be doing. so anyway, refer to the previous post for notes. in the unlikely case (and i hope it doesnt happen too often) anything, and i mean ANYTHING screws up for morning assembly, eg no sound, anything doesnt work, call me immediately. you all have my number.. music must be played by 715, and you guys are meant to be there by 7. be there earlier if you all think you all cant setup in 15 mins. so i expect the calls to be before 715.. if you guys are late and cant setup in time, good luck. the may duty roster will be up by tonight, and will only comprise of lower secondary students, because of the upper secondary mid year examinations. a sec3 i/c will be put but he/she does not need to do anything except oversee and make sure the duty people for that day dont screw anything up.. the sec 3 i/c also does not need to go earlier and he/she can leave earlier cos of the paper. if the sec3 i/c does not have any paper on that day, please find a suitable replacement who will be going to school. also, all meetings for itmc until the mid year examinations are over are still COMPULSORY for lower secondary pple, and upper sec will join immediately after the mid years. happy mugging and all the best for upper sec[:
