Odyssey Hello Candy; I’m just writing to inform you of this competition we have that is the Singapore 2010 Odyssey Inter School Championships. The competition is sort of a virtual-Youth Olympic Games or the Youth Olympic Cyber-Games where students represent their schools in the virtual world of Singapore 2010 Odyssey in various sports during the June holidays. Perhaps your school ICT teacher or ICT trainer can help us get students for the competition? I’ll like to invite your school to send in a team of 7 students to take part. I understand that there is little time for the students now, as they are going to get ready for the holidays. The competition is very easy, sign up a team of 7 committed students, play the games on the the set timings e.g. 3pm, in the virtual world, winner of the games proceeds to next round. Sports carnival: Photographers who used their own cameras during sports carnival, pls bring ur memory card during the club session during the hols (18th june if I'm not wrong) and pass your photos to Mr See ty. A few important updates and reminders regarding the club: 1) IMPORTANT: Please send an email containing ur full name and ur email address to nhhsinfoclub@gmail.com so that we can link everyone's accounts. 2) For people doing video duty in the future, Mr See would like to request that u label the tape (on the tape box) that u have used with ur name and the event u are videoing 3) While on duty, PLEASE CHECK UR INVENTORY THOROUGHLY. Make sure that you do not lose any equipment (no matter wat duty it is) as our equipments are expensive. 4) While on duty, you are not allowed to leave without informing the I/C or 2nd I/C 5) If you are doing duty in a team (e.g. video duty with 2 ppl per videocam), make sure that you and ur partner(s) stick together. Dear juniors, take note that during club today I will not be around. Club lesson will resume on the next day Thursday. During club session today, you are required to come out with side view for your very own trademark Character (on paper). You are also required to outline your character in Adobe Flash. You can take a look at Reon's outline since he and several sec 1s had already done so with the front view. I will check on Thursday. No excuses will be entertained.

To all Sec 1 and 2 Club Members, please take note that there will not be any CCA for Wed. This is due to the Sec 3's Mid Year Exams and the Sec 4's preparations for the 'O' Levels. Please tell all the other club members. Additionally, all Sec 3's on duty please take note. You are allowed to leave early for your examinations during Morning Assembly. Please make sure that you pass the keys to the sec 2s for them to return. I/Cs can make your own arrangements. For Sec 3's on Assembly duty, you are not obliged to turn up for duty if you want to prepare for your Mid Year Exams. However, please inform me or the I/Cs for that day if you are turning up or not.
