Attn: all people on duty for sec1 registration Venue: Sch Hall Date: 21st dec (trial run), 22nd dec (day of event) Time: 8.45am - 2pm (21st) , 7.30am - 4pm (22nd) Crew: PA Tang Hou Pang (PA I/C) Chia Zhen Hua Goh Kah Hao Samantha Tong Camera Jonathan Ng (Cam I/C) Rachel Chen Hong Yi An NOTE: - I/Cs to report outside HOD room half an hour earlier than above stated time for both days. - Rest of both crew on duty meet at Hall PA room(level 3) at time assigned on consent forms. - Consent forms are sent via Email to all people on duty to print and hand them to me on day of trial run. - People on camera duty need not come on day of trial run. You need to use your own cameras. - PA crew may leave at noon on actual day of event but required to come for both the trial run and of course the actual day of event. - There may be updates to this post after the trial run, of which might not be posted. Attn all ppl on duty for cultural potpourri tml...the school will be providing shuttle bus service at 1230pm tml...if u wanna take it meet in sch at 12 tml...if not pls make ur way down to Victoria Concert Hall yourself...e nearest MRT station shld b clarke quay...pls do rmb 2 bring ur own cams n if possible their chargers too...lanyards will b issued to all of u tml as a form of identification...dress code is strictly smart-casual or formal...which means for guys pls wear polo shirts n no shorts...for gals no mini skirt, no spaghetti strap etc...juz dress appropriately...advisable to bring along a jacket...cos we duno how cold it'll b dere...

im only gonna say this ONCE. okay(: All Co-Curricular Activities (which means ITMC for you guys) will be suspended from 11 September(Monday). Co-Curricular Activities will resume after the examinations. (as taken from the letter given to you on Teachers' Day, dated 31 Aug 2006) From after EOY to the NOV hols, the few thurs we have are: 12th Oct 2006 - Moderation Day 19th Oct 2006 - Promotion Day 26th Oct 2006 which means, theres NO ITMC from now all the way till the LAST thurs of the school term, which means 26th oct for ALL of you guys. that means attendance is COMPULSORY on that thurs, unless school ends earlier than that date. HOWEVER, you MUST still constantly refer back to this (THIS) blog for duty updates as during the hols, there will be millions of stuffs.. maybe open house, sec1 registration 2007, stuffs like that. duty lists for those events will be placed on this blog, and those who dont come for duties without a good reason (means either you're sick or you're aw
