For Thursday assemblies, please report for duty 15 mins before Assembly starts.
Attendance is compulsory.
There will be no exchanging of duties or replacements.
All absentees will be subjected to detentions without any prior notice.
if anyone does not come for duty, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY of other members to call HOUPANG AND I to inform us of his/her absence. IF YOU DO NOT INFORM US, you will be subject to punishment as well.
also, due to the recent saga, please do NOT go up for duty when your name is not down there.
if you realise, not everybody is down for duty because 70 people to squeeze in these duties is basically too much. CARE HAS BEEN TAKEN to ensure that everybody gets a fair chance, and everybody gets to do duty AT LEAST once in two - three months.
HOWEVER, we may miss out some people from time to time - if that happens to you, please inform us and we will gladly add you in the roster.
THIS APPLIES FOR ALL EVENT DUTIES AS WELL. it is NOT possible to have 70 people on duty, therefore only some people will have that privilege - BUT AGAIN, everybody gets a fair chance.
