For morning assembly:
All I/Cs are to draw key latest by 7.00am
2nd I/Cs are to draw the key after 7.00am latest by 7.02am if 1st I/C have not drawn the key.
All other duty personnel have to be stationed at level2 PA latest by 7.03am.
Seniors will be up there to time. Late comers will be punished.
The PA system have to be set up within 5min18s, including opening the door and testing that the system works.
I/Cs have to make sure that they draw the key on time. And that includes the 2nd I/Cs. If the 2nd I/Cs have to draw the key, it will also mean that the 1st I/C is late.
yup! so come for duty on time! it does not mean that because it's the EOY week, duties are canceled.
last month to do duty for this year, so the allocation of duties this time is a little 'special' =D
it's done by drawing lots ,and some editing( i emphasize the 'SOME' ) so you may be working with new duty partners and stuff.
and the even more 'special' arrangement for morning assembly... plus, it's only for around 20 days. =p
