those who didn't come for duty without any valid reasons will be black-listed. ( valid reasons do not include '' watching concert with friends" )
sms/call/tag at blog/tell personally to any of the overall I/C before 20/01/2009 if you can't come.
if there's any urgent problem on that day itself which forbids you to come for duty(sick suddenly, problems at home and you didn't even come to sch etc etc), inform any I/C max 24 hours after the event.
