For morning assembly,
-Anyone who reaches first can draw the key.
-There may be sec4s who will go up to check that everything is in working order.
-People who do not have duty are encouraged not to go up. Even so, do not help/hint/block/obstruct/hinder those who are tested. Sit/stand far far away and stare. This includes the seniors who are there to check.
-Please note that you are supposed to play the music at 7.15am (according to Mr Edmund Ng’s watch) which is also the time on Wesley’s watch, or 7.11am on both Yi Xie’s and Samantha’s hp. -.-
-2 dates are allocated for each team in case of wet weather or some other unknown reasons that morning assembly has to be called off. Either way, the 3 people on duty have to be there on both dates.
-There’s no time limit, just as long as the music is played at 7.15am. So even if you are unsure of how to set up the system, you can come at 6am to figure out.
-COMMONTEST WEEK IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO SKIP DUTY.
The seniors will stay to help pack up ok? =)
CHECK:
1.That the 2 mics are working properly.
2.All amplifiers are working.
3. Safety first please. Don’t anyhow anyhow pluck out wires when the main switch is still on.
For Thursday assembly,
Please ensure that there is at least someone helping out at backstage. At least, so preferably, 2 people at backstage. I/Cs, please help to arrange this.
