For morning assembly, I/Cs are to draw the key from the GO before 7am. All other duty personnel are to meet outside lv2 PA at 7am. If the I/C fails to draw the key before the scheduled time, any members on duty are obliged to take upon the role as the I/C for the day.

For Thursday assembly, all members have to be at the hall PA room 5 min before the assembly period to set up the necessary equipments.
