• ICs for morning assembly are to draw the keys from the General Office before 7am.
• All other personnel are to meet outside level 2 PA room before 7am as well.
• If ICs failed to draw the keys before7am, any members on duty are obliged to take upon the role as the IC for the day.
• ICs are required to take the attendance for all other personnel for the day itself and submit the attendance list to Head of Administration latest 2:30pm.

1. Duty Personnel for Tuesdays are supposed to give TWO mics to the Emcees for Nan Hua Speaks
2. No one else is allowed to be on level 2 PA room else will be dealt by the discipline committee
3. There will be no assemblies in the first 1 week (due to H1N1 virus)

• Duty personnel are to meet at level 3 PA room 5 minutes before assembly.
• Those marked with (PA) are supposed to carry out their duties in the PA Room while those marked (BS) are supposed to carry out their duties at the backstage.
• The first person of each slot are required to take the attendance for all other personnel for the day itself and submit the attendance list to Head of Administration latest 2:30pm.
