• Duty personnel are to meet at level 3 PA room 5 minutes before assembly.
• Those marked with (PA) are supposed to carry out their duties in the PA Room while those marked (BS) are supposed to carry out their duties at the backstage.
• The first person of each slot are required to take the attendance for all other personnel for the day itself and submit the attendance list to Head of Administration latest 2:30pm.
• No one else is allowed to be in hall PA or at the backstage else will be dealt WITH by the discipline committee.
