• ICs for morning assembly are to draw the keys from the General Office before 7am.
• All other personnel are to meet outside level 2 PA room before 7am as well.
• If ICs failed to draw the keys before7am, any members on duty are obliged to take upon the role as the IC for the day.
• ICs are required to take the attendance for all other personnel for the day itself and submit the attendance list to Head of Administration latest 2:30pm.
• Duty Personnel for Tuesdays are supposed to give TWO mics to the Emcees for Nan Hua Speaks.
• No one else is allowed to be on level 2 PA room else will be dealt by the Discipline Committee.
• There will be no Morning Assembly on Thursday due to CEP lessons. All students will return to their own classes.
