Updates
Sports carnival: Photographers who used their own cameras during sports carnival, pls bring ur memory card during the club session during the hols (18th june if I'm not wrong) and pass your photos to Mr See ty.
A few important updates and reminders regarding the club:
1) IMPORTANT: Please send an email containing ur full name and ur email address to nhhsinfoclub@gmail.com
so that we can link everyone's accounts.
2) For people doing video duty in the future, Mr See would like to request that u label the tape (on the tape box) that u have used with ur name and the event u are videoing
3) While on duty, PLEASE CHECK UR INVENTORY THOROUGHLY. Make sure that you do not lose any equipment (no matter wat duty it is) as our equipments are expensive.
4) While on duty, you are not allowed to leave without informing the I/C or 2nd I/C
5) If you are doing duty in a team (e.g. video duty with 2 ppl per videocam), make sure that you and ur partner(s) stick together. Always be aware of their whereabouts and get their phone numbers before the event starts so that u can contact them if u are separated.
6) Finally, there are quite a few dates that return to school during the holidays, as shown below (changes might be made) :
1) 1, 14 and 15 June for SGCC particpants at yio chu kang mrt station, 9am to 5pm
2)10 June for people involved in Cyberwellness, 10am to 4pm ( Future dates maybe arranged if we cannot unable to finish in 1 session)
3) 18 June for NNMC (web design) competition (mainly: Cheng Yang, Weng Yew, Eugene, Jia Wei and Yen Shen)
4) 18 June for club session
If anyone likes to use the comp lab(s) for working on their competition projects, pls contact Ms Goh or any of our teachers in charge and ask them whether they are free to open the comp lab for u on that date. If there are anymore dates that I missed out, pls remind me thru the chatbox ty.
