**Please update the list of competition you've joined so far this year through GoogleDocs. This is very urgent as Mrs Chiang needs to key it into the system so that it'll reflect in your report slips.

Remember to write the FULL NAME of the competition and the AWARD you win, and also try your best to fill in the other details mentioned inside the doc.

• Even if you didn't win anything, just write "Participation"
• If the results are not know yet, just write "Not Known Yet"
