For morning assembly duties:
All duty personnels are to meet at level 1 PA room at 7am sharp(except for Thursdays) and 8am for Thursdays. (I/Cs come earlier to draw key and set up system).
For assembly duties (i.e. in hall ones):
All duty personnels are to meet at level 3 PA room at 1.10pm SHARP. (I/Cs come 10mins earlier to ensure all equipments are properly set up).
For photography and videography duties, you may or may not be asked to take photos/videos but do come and assemble too at level 3 PA room.
