In ur gmail acct, go > documents on the top left row of options > record of competitions 2010 and 2011 > scroll to the bottom and enter ur post under 2011 not 2010. For those who have entered their 2011 posts under 2010 I have moved it to the 2011 section.
What is it about?
Its a google document where every1 can record down their participation in competitions to facilitate the teachers keying in into the cockpit system. So whenever u join a competition, rmb to record ur entry in this google doc. If its a group participation, pls remind the group leader to record it down. If u or ur leader forgets to key it in, too bad, it will not be reflected in ur cca record at the end of the year and u have to beg the teachers to key it in. SO DONT EVER FORGET TO KEY IN YOUR PARTICIPATION!!!
Just follow the rubrics given (the row saying OFFICIAL TITLE OF COMPETITION, MAIN ORGANISER, CLASS etc) and u shuld be fine. If u dont know any of the information required, pls go and check it out urself.
For 'safety starts with me' competition, add ur name to that particular row(s) (reflecting the category u are joining) in the name column.
Edit 3***: Add ur class in brackets next to ur name this time round.
Edit 2**: Video groups add each of ur group entries as a new row (follow the templates i wrote)
DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING WITHIN THE GOOGLE DOC THAT IS NOT URS (E.G. OTHER PPL'S RECORDS). U HAVE BEEN WARNED! SUCH JOKERS WILL BE DEALT WITH HARSHLY! GOOGLE DOCS CAN TRACK WHO CHANGED IT.
