Find Jiawei at level 1 PA system on MONDAY 18th before 7.10AM to hand in the following items:

1. Completed Storyboard
2. Entry Form
3. Submission Form

*Reon's group, I have your storyboard and submission form, but u dont have the entry form. Pls print it out and pass it to me at level 1 PA system on MONDAY 18th before 7.10AM.
