The 2011-2012 EXCO nominee list will be sent to ALL(sec 3s) your emails by 10pm tonight. The positions have yet to be selected, the list would only state the names of the seven of you who have been selected to be the next EXCO of the Infocomm Club.
For confidential reasons, I appeal to all Sec 3s to keep the results confidential from everyone including the juniors of the club until Wednesday(18 May). Please do not express it on any social networking platform. We seek all of your cooperation, thank you.
Please note that the seven candidates have to prepare a 3 minute presentation (speech, powerpoint) and be ready to speak during club session on Wednesday (18 May) during the voting session.
All club members including the sec 4s and the candidates themselves have to vote for their choice of President and Vice-President for the EXCO (2011-2012)
Hence, all Sec4s, please be sure to be present for club session on Wednesday (18 May) for around 10-15 minutes for the voting process. Thank you.
