Hey club, few things to take note of:
Heart of the School Competition
Sadly to say, our school did not win the competition. However, there is a exhibition for the winning entries:
Date: 4th to 17th August 2011
Time: 10am to 10pm
Venue: National Geographic Store at Vivocity, #01-19
For those interested in going to the exhibition may go and have a look and can learn from the winning entries.
National StrITwise Challenge
This is a new competition coming up in November. Those interested in joining this competition, please form your groups of maximum 6 people and sms me the names of your group members.
The StrITwise Challenge requires participating teams to demonstrate their knowledge and strategic skills in three areas, namely:
1. StrITd∑sign - design a ICT mascot and create a short title sequence featuring the character designed.
2. StrITcombat - simple programming to create a virtual robot to battle online.
3. StrITbiz - a business game aims to apply business strategic model to a real-life business case.
