Art fest duty list

Hi club, the actual day for the art fest is on 25th June from 1pm to 6pm.
The rehearsals will be on 18th June and 20th June from 8.30 am to 1pm, and 25th June 8am to 1pm.
Take note that media people do not have to come for the rehearsals.

Reporting time :
18th and 20th June : 8.20 am
25th June : 7.45 am

Attire : Club Tee and Jeans
Change into them only after flag-raising.
